Manufacturing Cost Analyst

Titan offers deep engineering expertise and has capacity to manufacture at high volumes in an ASME-certified facility that produces both pre-designed and custom separators, heater treaters, glycol dehydration units, as well as a wide range of other production equipment products.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Cost Analyst, duties are as follows: Job Description: · Operational Analysis - Analyze Manufacturing operating data including material/labor/overhead variances and trend analysis · Product Cost Analysis - Evaluate product cost efficiencies and standard vs actual cost productivity analysis · Monthly Accounting Process - Assist with monthly accounting close and account reconciliations · Management Reporting - Assist in the data gathering and preparation of Monthly Management Reporting Package · Budgeting/Forecasting - Assist the SVP Operations and CFO in preparing the annual business plan and quarterly reforecast for Manufacturing, and projecting monthly/quarterly results · Capital Expenditures - Support the CFO/SVP in capital acquisition business case preparation & analysis; support business cases for Lease/Buy decisions Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives Physical Strain: • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
