100 Year old cedar tree will trade the takedown for the material(Wood) (bellville)

We have a Cedar tree that is over 100 years old that has finally turned brown and is dying.
I'm wanting to trade all of that beautiful wood for the labor to take down the tree.
Please let me know if you have any questions or ideas in regards to the details.
I know that the wood is beautiful as we trimmed the limbs in the spring.
