About the role We are looking to add a Miner Maintenance Technician to our growing Miner Maintenance Team.
As a Miner Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting bitcoin miners.
This position will directly support our Miner Maintenance Team at our Rockdale, TX location.
Essential Functions Perform Basic diagnostic techniques to all miners on site Perform Basic Repair techniques to all miners on site Assist in keeping inventory of Miners, parts and tools Find IP addresses of all new machines that are being installed into shelves.
Provided complete information for work orders to be submitted to Supervisor.
Keep the Miner repair room and Work area clean and Organized Craft new RJ-45 Connections Be confident when reciting terminology that is relevant in the industry Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience Experience with Networking and Computer troubleshooting is preferred.
Computer literacy is required.
