About the role
We are looking to add a Construction Crew team member to our growing EPC Department.
The Construction Crew will report to our Construction Supervisor.
This is a fully onsite role supporting operations at our Rockdale, TX facility.
Essential Functions
Carrying and moving materials
Operating Hand Tools
Using Heavy Machinery as directed by supervisors
Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
Material Handling-Transport materials, tools, and machinery on the job site and ensure they are properly stored and organized
Site Preparation-assist in preparing job sites before construction begins
Clearing debris, setting up temporary structures, digging trenches, or assisting with excavation work.
Construction Support-crew members provide support to other construction team members, such as contractors, electricians, and operations team.
Must follow Safety Guidelines and receive proper training to operate equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be able to use equipment like a forklift, skid-steers, or tools like jackhammers or concrete mixers.
or be willing to learn to operate required machinery and equipment

Education and Experience
1-3 years material handling/equipment operation experience preferred
1-3 years in construction preferred, not required, must be willing to learn.
Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
