POSITION SUMMARY
Under General Supervision the Pumping Specialist Senior is responsible for pumping services field operations including safety, customer satisfaction, service quality, and complying with all company standard operating procedures and regulations.
Expert in operating data acquisition system.
Regarded as subject matter expert.
Responsible for the training and development of Pumping Specialist I, II and Operators.
The position will be expected learn and perform QA/QC procedures and have basic customer service skills.
Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills are typically acquired by completion of the Competency requirements.
Typical requirements include a High School Diploma / G.
E.
D or applicable relevant experience and four (4) years of pumping experience or equivalent.

Key Accountabilities
• Lead execution and completion of pump operations.
• Interact with customer and 3rd party personnel.
• Lead rig up and rig down.
• Comply with company SOPs and coordinate any necessary changes in the job scope.
• Provide employee performance feedback and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and provide job reports for customer and management.
• Communicates with maintenance personnel on equipment status to prevent unnecessary equipment down time.
• Supervise crews on location.
• Provide and complete Field Ticketing and bonus sheets.
• Transport heavy equipment to and from locations.
• Conduct Pre-and-post job safety meetings defining risks to personnel and the environment.
• Carry out company SOPs and coordinate any necessary changes in the job scope.
• Coach and Mentor Specialist I & II and Operators.
• Comply with all DOT requirements.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures, along with applicable regulations.
• Actively participates in safety Lead and Perform operating procedures and ensure on job safety.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Utilizes competency processes to enhance job performance.
