Assistant Superintendent

*What we are looking for in an applicant:* * Understanding of construction operations and processes * Strong organizational and communication skills * Good time management skills and ability to follow through on assigned tasks * Willingness to learn * Customer service oriented *Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:* 1.
Schedule, coordinate, supervise and inspect the activities of trades.
2.
Walk and inspect construction sites daily to verify specification and deadlines are met.
3.
Manage all construction activities from start to finish.
4.
Keep manager informed of progress on any assigned tasks.
5.
Gain a knowledge of scope of work for appropriate trades.
6.
Verify delivery of materials and communicate issues to manager.
7.
Schedule municipal inspections as directed and interact with inspectors.
8.
Work with customers and trades on warranty requests.
*Qualifications/Requirements:* * 3-5 years construction experience preferred * Degree In Construction Science or Related Field Preferred * Microsoft Office and Co-Construct Software experience preferred * Valid Driver License.
