*Position Overview*
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Construction Team.
A team that will support you, challenge you, invest in your growth and care for you personally.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, customer focused individual to join our Team.
*What You Will Do*
* Customer experience
* Obtain training on processes and procedures
* Support Superintendents
* Enforce jobsite cleanliness
* Inspect and enforce quality standards
*What You Will Bring*
* High School Diploma or GED with six (6) months to one (1) year related experience or; Technical Degree in Construction with six (6) months to one (1) year related experience
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime.
Ability to travel as needed in general.
* Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
* Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
* Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.
