Landscape/Hardscape Installation Crew

As a Lawn/Landscaping Crew at Thompson & Sons, you will play a crucial role in leading our dynamic landscaping crew.
Your responsibilities include overseeing and actively participating in the creation of beautiful outdoor spaces, specializing in general labor, hardscape installation, and landscape installation.

Responsibilities: * Working with a landscaping crew while maintaining high-quality landscape installs * Spring and fall and clean-ups * Planting according to designs from the Landscape Design team * Install trees, shrubs, sod * Hardscaping * Water features, artificial turf, and all kinds of outdoor services * Assisting other departments and performing other tasks as needed Qualifications: * Reliable transportation * A valid driver's license only needed for advancement within the company * Must be available to work Saturdays * Should not be afraid of heights * Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
* Must pass a drug test * Experience preferred but not required * Must be able to work up to 8-12 hours 5-6 days a week under *all types of weather* Benefits: * Competitive Pay : $15 an hour with no experience or $16 with experience.
