Multi-skilled Craftsman

*JOB DESCRIPTION* Oakwood Custom Homes LTD is seeking a full-time Multi-skilled Craftsman to join our team.
This position is responsible for carpentry work, painting, plumbing and HVAC work.
All around we are looking for a "handyman" or "punch guy"! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience, be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
*RESPONSIBILITIES* *Perform repair request per warranty or preform other duties as assigned by supervisor or owner(s).
Complete "punch out" activities for new construction homes in a professional manner the tech will be expected to preform like construction activities to repair homes for delivery to new home buyers* * Installing doors * Installing windows * Sheet rock repairs * Painting * HVAC work * Carpentry work * Plumping work *QUALIFICATIONS* * Have some electrician skills * Paint skills * Experienced with HVAC * MUST be skilled in carpentry * *4 +years of experience preferred* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
