ABA Services is currently looking for a Project Manager to plan and execute of projects in the Brazos Valley and surrounding areas.
Project Manager duties include planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of a specific project.
Project managers work closely with upper management and project team members to establish project needs, deadlines, scheduled, and budgets.
Project managers delegate tasks to their Superintendents, depending on their skill level and qualifications.
They are also responsible for motivating the team and resolving issues brought to them by the Superintendents to ensure a productive work environment.
*General Responsibilities:*
* Maintain daily communication with your supervisor via telephone, text, and/or email.
* Adhere to any and all assigned deadlines and timetables.
* Ensure that all safety procedures and requirements are being applied and followed at all times.
* Report all safety hazards and/or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
*Position Specific Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects.
* Maintain service agreements and assign out tasks to comply with these agreements.
* Delegate tasks on the project to the employee best positioned to complete them.
* Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
* Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple divisions are assigned to the same project to ensure actions remain in synergy.
* Purchase job materials.
* Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain company standards.
* Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing change.
* Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
* Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
* Report and escalate problems to management as needed.
* Manage and track the project time for all work complete on site.
*Position Requirements:*
* A valid Driver’s License and personal liability insurance for travel between jobsites and the office/shop area.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
* Strong attention to detail with ability to follow directions and work under minimal supervision.
* Ability to work effectively as a team member, including attending and participating in team meetings.
* Demonstrated reliable attitude, honesty, and integrity.
* Initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
* Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
