Urban Bird Hot Chicken is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, in addition to an approachable and professional demeanor.
This Manager will be responsible for providing overall direction, management, and coordination services of all activities related to our restaurant operations.
This includes duties such as creating and adhering to budgets, developing efficient methods of operation, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met.
This role demands a leader who is detail-oriented, organized, and has an eye for increasing profitability.
The successful manager must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience within the restaurant industry, a valid food handler's card, and experience with bookkeeping, inventory management, and ordering processes.
In addition, proficiency with MS Office Suite is highly preferable.
