Construction Operations Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting regular inspections - Manage construction budgets and control costs - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction - Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Familiarity with electrical systems and construction inspection procedures - Proficient in construction estimating and project management software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control and inspection Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
