Estimating Manager

We are looking for someone who is detailed in their work, analytical, blended with a passion for leading a Team.
Using your leadership skills you will be leading a highly motivated Team that is made up of four Production Estimators, of which who are well versed in their role and have the ability to operate seamlessly.
The Estimating Manager leads, manages, and holds the estimating team accountable for the work and processes associated with the team.
Individually, the role is responsible for the setup, organization and data integrity of the takeoff library section of our software.
The position is extremely analytical and detail oriented, requiring a-lot of multi-tasking, high attention to detail and accuracy.
What You Will Do: Lead, Manage, Accountability of Team.
Accurate takeoffs and estimating files.
Estimating database organization and maintenance Data integrity Special requests as assigned What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree preferably in Data Science or Construction or related field is preferred.
Experience in construction estimating is preferred but not required.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Strong people skills with the ability to lead a team; Ability to be persuasive.
Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough and high attention to detail.
