BioXRG is a start-up company building a production plant in Bryan, TX.
We are looking for hands-on highly driven personnel to join our small team on this exciting journey.
```Duties```
Construction Management
- Provide assistance in managing contractors including timelines and quality control.
- Be on site during construction to ensure quality of critical construction steps.
- Support plumbing design and engineering with of pipe racks layout and pipe options
- Lead and execute smaller piping construction projects
Site Management and Maintenance
- Take care of all site related contractors such as septic maintenance, pest control, etc.
- Maintain buildings, utilities, structures and landscaping.
- Execute smaller improvements and repairs directly.
- Develop system for schedules and record keeping of reoccurring maintenance tasks
- Support team in operating equipment as needed
```Requirements```
- High degree of self-discipline.
- Plumbing License
- Overarching understanding of different construction trades such as dirt-work, concrete, framing etc.
- Solid Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- BioXRG is a start-up company with minimum structures requiring all personnel to be flexible in their work times and to be willing to execute tasks not directly related to their position description.
```Physical Requirements```
- Moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb.
- Work at construction sites with uneven or muddy ground conditions.
- Climbing ladders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $75,000.
