Site Maintenance and Construction Manager

```Duties``` Site Management and Maintenance - Take care of all site related contractors such as septic maintenance, pest control, etc.
- Maintain buildings, utilities, structures and landscaping.
- Execute smaller improvements and repairs directly.
- Develop system for schedules and record keeping of reoccurring maintenance tasks - Support team in operating equipment as needed Construction Management - Provide assistance in managing contractors including timelines and quality control.
- Be on site during construction to ensure quality of critical construction steps.
- Support design and engineering depending on background.
```Requirements``` - Must have plumbing or electrical license - proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook - High degree of self-discipline.
- Learned and worked for a minimum of 3 years in skilled trades.
- Overarching understanding of different construction trades such as dirt-work, concrete, framing etc.
- BioXRG is a start-up company with minimum structures requiring all personnel to be flexible in their work times and to be willing to execute tasks not directly related to their position description.
```Physical Requirements``` - Moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb.
- Work at construction sites with uneven or muddy ground conditions.
- Climbing ladders.
