*Description;* Qualified applicant will be responsible but not limited to all operational duties for Shoreline Products LLC: Interaction with customers, prospects, governing bodies, and committees.
Develop, lead, and implement all strategies, protocols and procedures required to achieve the operational, financial and cultural objectives of the business.
*State-wide travel should be expected.
This position is a hands-on working position with added responsibilities.
* *Expected duties but not limited to:* 1.
Review and alter construction plans and budgets as needed (Dock Building experience helpful, but not required).
2.
Manage installation crew(s).
3.
Prepare and execute schedules for crews and trainings.
4.
General logistics for all activities: · Shipping projects.
· Travel for crews.
· Equipment needed, both rental and company-owned.
5.
Communicate effectively with project managers, sales managers, crews, executive officers, and customers.
6.
Analyze general operational performance and ensure practices are improved and/or implemented to achieve short- and long-term goals.
7.
Ensure all tools and materials are supplied and accounted for to complete work.
8.
Assist in preparation of permitting all necessary paperwork.
9.
Presentation and facilitation, decision making, problem solving, safety & quality control: · Interact with sales and marketing personnel.
· Interact with customers to fulfill expectations and addressing issues.
See that all products and services sold to customers are of high quality and in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
Promote exceptional customer service in all interactions.
· Undertake a detailed review of production and operations and deliver materially meaningful improvements in all facets of estimation, fabrication, sales, and support while recognizing and adhering to the highest health, safety and environmental standards.
· Engage with prospects for potential work as needed.
· Work closely with governing offices and authorities and create meaningful trusting long-term working relationships.
· Work closely with safety officers (both internal and external).
· Assist in development of recording system for proper reviewal of job successes and issues, i.
e.
, PO system, bookkeeping, job status, etc.
· Assist in development of safety program along with internal and external guidance.
· Assist in development of proper repair and maintenance program.
Assist in creation and writing of Standard Operating Procedure Manuals for builds and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
