, is a manufacturer of pressure vessels and package systems used in the Industrial Refrigeration and Oil & Gas industries.
Our office is located in Bryan, Texas where we have an immediate full-time opening for a SolidWorks Drafter/Designer, who will report to the Assistant Design Manager.
We are looking for a self-motivated and detailed oriented person to join our team!
Specific Responsibilities:
Develops models and detailed design drawings according to written and verbal specifications
Consults with Engineers and Project Coordinators to resolve design problems
Ensures that dimensions of equipment are accurately reflected in all designs
Create a Bill of Materials based on 3D models
Participates on special assignments as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate degree or certification in Computer Drafting and Design Technology (or a related field) required.
2+ years of professional highly proficient 3D modeling experience required; SolidWorks preferred
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments/projects with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to meet competing deadlines
Must be able to balance working in a collaborative work environment with independently completing work tasks/projects
