Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer Duties: - Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, raking, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Cleanup construction trash from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the Crew Lead and Project Manager.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work as needed.
Requirements: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
-Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
-Dependable and a good attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
Preferred Qualifications: -Experience operating equipment is preferred, but not required.
-CDL is preferred but not required.
