*Pay Range: $20 -$26per hour depending on years of experience, skill level, schooling/certifications*
*Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm, OT available , Occasional Saturday 1/2 Day!*
The successful candidates will be instrumental in maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the optimal performance of John Deere construction equipment.

*Qualifications:*
* Intermediate: Previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance; ability to work independently on routine tasks.
* Advanced: Extensive experience in heavy equipment maintenance; advanced skills in diagnostics and complex repairs.
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address equipment issues.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
