Join our growing team today! We have a terrific opportunity for a self-motivated experienced equipment shop foreman based in Bryan Texas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling repairs, ordering parts, troubleshooting equipment, and jumping into a technician’s role when required.
Applicant must have competent computer skills, strong communication a good work ethic, experience leading people and have strong organizational skills.
This position will require the need for standard mechanics tools and the knowledge to use them in the correct application.
Minimum Qualifications: -Over 2 years from post high school, work, military, or vocational environment preferred.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy equipment and truck repair field.
-Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
-Provide and maintain proper licenses, certifications, and acceptable driving record.
-Must Pass a pre-employment drug testing and background check.
Physical Requirements: -Requires walking, bending, squatting, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
-Heavy work-exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
-Requires the use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations.
-Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
-Head movement/rotation moving head in any direction (up, down, side to side).
-Requires climbing in and out of trucks, on and off Equipment, multiple times a day.
