*Job Description:*
As a Hydraulic Assembler at FET Dynacon you will play a crucial role in the assembly and manufacturing of hydraulic systems and components.
You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are ready for use in various applications.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assemble hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, hoses, and fittings, according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
* Inspect, test, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment.
* Keep detailed records of assembly activities and product specifications.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting enhancements.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional technical training or certification in hydraulic systems is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Hydraulic Assembler or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and assembly techniques.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
* Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
