Put your valuable skills to work and join us! Summary: Responsible for supporting operations, Quality Control lab, and test authorizations.
The Lab Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of production quality through random sample testing and raw material CofA (Certificate of Analysis) results, FIT meeting participation and working in coordination with the shift lab Operators and Technicians at the Ponca City location.
Receives functional guidance from the Manufacturing Quality Manager.
Role is not limited to the above listed responsibilities and may include other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities: QC Lab Procedures Maintain equipment and instruments in the lab through routine maintenance and trouble shooting Perform testing Discuss results and recommend necessary corrective actions Document and record retention management Verify/calibrate lab instruments Conduct weekly inventory of all lab supplies Product Assurance Control Chart developer /reviewer Raw Material monitoring Provide TA (Test Authorization) support Process SAP requisitions for lab Materials Serve as backup to Manager, Manufacturing Quality as appropriate Capital Improvements Provide project support for QC Lab HSE Waste Management Hazard awareness & reviews Other duties as assigned.
