We are currently seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer service skills, horticultural knowledge, and a commitment to providing top-quality service.
This role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within our expanding company.
Responsibilities Coordinating daily work schedules and communicating changes and special instructions to crews.
Providing field oversight of all maintenance and enhancement crews.
Implementing corrective actions at all commercial properties.
Stepping in to assist lawn maintenance crews when necessary.
Monitoring and approving employee time, with a strong attention to detail.
Collaborating with the Office Manager on customer billing and employee time management.
Keeping track of all jobs and schedules and planning staff and crews accordingly.
Qualifications Experience in irrigation repair or installation.
Experience in ground maintenance or landscaping.
Experience in staff management.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
