*Responsibilities* * *Earn $21.

25/HR!* Pay based on experience and skills! *Most weekends off!* * OT as needed, occasionally on Sat - Work Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM for 10.

* *180 day Contract Position* - Perform welding tasks using GMAW and FCAW processes.
* Reviewing production drawings, prepping (sawing, grinding, etc.
), and setting welding machine for required output * Ensure welding process achieves dimensions required on the drawing * Move finished parts to required location * All work must be performed in a quality-minded, tidy, and accurate manner, adhering to company policies * Following all quality, health, safety, and environmental programs * *Possess all tools required for the position within 90 days of employment.
* * A 2-hour weld test is part of the interview process *Requirements* * *1-3 years* of welding experience * Must be *18* years of age or older * Ability to perform welding tasks effectively using GMAW and FCAW processes * Must adhere to all company policies, including quality, health, safety, and environmental programs * Willingness to attend work as per the work schedule and pass a 2-hour weld test during the interview * Must be able to pass a *Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check* *Bonus Points* * Maintain a stable balance of work and home life with Out & Back Runs! * Weekly Pay * Our insurance covers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HAS program and prescription card.
