AUTOTRUST is seeking a skilled automotive technician ~ Mechanic to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of automotive experience, be a self-starter and able to work independently.
You will be responsible for performing from preventative maintenance to Diagnostics on vehicles.
Work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
Weekends Off.
*Skills:*
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of automobiles
* Ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues on the spot
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
*Duties:*
* Diagnose, repair, or perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
* Perform engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
* Perform vehicle alignment and tire rotations.
* Perform vehicle inspections including air quality, fuel consumption, emissions testing, etc.
* Perform engine repairs such as valve replacement, valve adjustment, etc.
* Perform engine upgrades such as exhaust system installation and performance upgrades.
* Perform vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
