A Maintenance Technician performs all maintenance activities of a community including grounds maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, machine and equipment repair, basic electrical, basic HVAC, painting, drywall, installations, remodeling, inspections, etc.
The ideal candidate must have previous maintenance experience along with strong organizational abilities, great follow-up skills, remarkable attention to detail and who is friendly, courteous, and dependable.
