Production Technician Refrigeration

CardioQuip is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the manufacturing, Maintenance, and design of Cardiovascular Operating room technology.
We seek a motivated and technically skilled Production Refrigeration Technician to join our team.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products, which are vital for medical applications.
*Direct Report: *Warehouse Manager Works regularly with Warehouse Manager and Director of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and IT.
*Responsibilities:* 1.
*Assembly and Production:* * Assemble, test, and troubleshoot MCH-1000 devices following established procedures and guidelines.
* Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and final products to adhere to company and industry standards.
* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
*Maintenance and Repair:* * Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on MCH-1000 devices to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and fix issues related to refrigeration systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

*Continuous Learning*: * Stay updated with the latest advancements in refrigeration technology and CardioQuip products.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and job knowledge.

*Safety Compliance*: * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
* Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management promptly.
*Education and Experience:* * High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical or Vocational Training in Refrigeration Technology is preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in refrigeration repair and maintenance * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Willingness to undergo additional training as required.
*Physical Requirements:* * Must be able to traverse the distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
