Our goal is to help people change how they relate to their health and food by encouraging and training future generations to take charge of their own health and food resources while providing organically grown, nutritious and delicious food.

We have a monthly cook out on the first Friday of the month.
We offer training in multiple skills and disciplines and help all of our employees to identify and reach their long term goals.
Our work environment includes: * Food provided * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Perform general labor duties including clearing brush, mowing, fence construction and repair, light carpentry, gardening - Operate power tools and hand tools as required - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Follow safety protocols and guidelines - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience in farm, ranch, or in construction preferred but not necessary - Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively- Training provided - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
