Qualifications and skills required: -Attitude and personality: Candidates must show a willingness to learn on and off the job with a desire for continual improvement of themselves and their workplace.
The candidate must show good attention to detail as well as a strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
We need HIGH energy candidates.
-Mathematics: The candidate must know how to use a scientific calculator, understand addition, subtraction, multiplication, trigonometry, and some basic algebra.
-Problem solving: The candidate must be prepared to solve problems with the help of shop leadership.
Good communication skills are necessary.
-Computer skills: You must know how to operate windows computers and applications.

Compression molding and die forming: The candidate will be expected to compression mold polymer powders into net shapes.
This requires selecting tooling, assembling tooling, and pressing out parts that meet desired specifications.
The candidate must be willing to learn and perform tasks quickly.
Machining and assembly: Candidates will operate CNC machining centers, injection molding machines, automatic forming machines and a variety of other mechanical equipment.
Testing technician: Have the ability to carry out detailed test plans, assemble equipment and troubleshoot problems.
Planning/Scheduling: Candidate will be expected to read drawings and bills of materials to pick the proper materials needed to machine parts.
This includes heavy lifting.
Receiving: Candidate will need to inspect items that are ordered by OHI using a material specification and/or a physical inspection.
Items are then added to our inventory both digitally and physically.
Shipping/Receiving/Planning: You will be expected to follow our procedures for shipping receiving and job planning.
Purchasing: The candidate will help with purchasing small value items using existing systems.
As well as produce and write purchase orders for larger valued items.
Order Entry: Review and enter purchase orders for processing, checking pricing, lead times, and availability.
Notes: Do not apply if you cannot arrange transportation to and from work every day committed.
