URETHANE MOLD TECHNICIAN

Manage tooling and molds used in production of cast urethane products.
Manufacturing of Polyurethane rollers, rods, wheels, etc.
Responsible for selection of molds based on order requirements / drawings using in-house manufacturing software and processes along with being skilled in windows-based software.
Work closely with Production Control.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Experience in maintaining inventory in manufacturing.
Prior knowledge of blueprints / mechanical drawings.
Manufacturing / Production experience required.
Must be proficient with calipers and tape measure.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
