Familiarity with data analysis tools is preferred.
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES): Knowledge of MES for real-time monitoring and control of the production process.

ERP Systems: Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for production planning and resource allocation.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.

At least three years of prior experience in Production Engineering or a related manufacturing role within an engineering function, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a solar panel manufacturing environment.
A bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering is preferred.
Alternatively, candidates may substitute the degree requirement with at least 4-8 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in solar panel manufacturing, focusing on production efficiency and quality control preferred.
Possession of OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification is a plus.
