Alternatively, candidates may substitute the degree requirement with at least 4-8 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in solar panel manufacturing, focusing on production efficiency and quality control preferred.
* Possession of OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification is a plus.
* Able to work in a fully automated, 24/7 operational environment, ensuring the smooth execution of production.
