Six Sigma Methodology training is preferred at the green belt level.

This includes understanding and applying statistical tools to monitor and control production processes and systematically identifying and addressing potential failure modes.

This involves implementing changes in production processes seamlessly, minimizing disruptions while maximizing the benefits of process improvements and innovations.
* *Quality Management Systems (QMS): *Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This includes overseeing the implementation and maintenance of QMS processes to guarantee the consistency and reliability of solar panel manufacturing.
* *Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP):* Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage and integrate key business processes.
This includes utilizing ERP software to streamline production planning, inventory management, and other operational aspects within the solar panel manufacturing facility.
*Qualifications* * At least three years of prior experience in a Process Engineering or related manufacturing role within an engineering function, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a solar manufacturing environment.
* Proven expertise in utilizing Design of Experiments (DOEs) and Process Characterization.
Proficient in developing control plans for each production line process step.
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field.
Alternatively, candidates may substitute the degree requirement with at least 4-8 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in a relevant field.
* Demonstrates achievement of yield targets and prompt resolution of yield issues, showcasing a solid understanding of quality control procedures and methodologies.
* Possession of OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification is a plus.
* Able to work in a fully automated, 24/7 operational environment, ensuring the smooth execution of production.
