The Logistic Supervisor is responsible for providing logistical support and managing customer workload to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of materials.
This role involves optimizing origins, destinations, trucks, haulers, and carriers to effectively manage hauling operations.
The Logistic Supervisor will utilize planning tools, make workload distribution decisions, and communicate effectively with operations, foremen, project managers, third-party dispatch, and drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve operational constraints.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and distribute workload effectively using planning tools and analysis.
Coordinate the distribution of products from origination points to customer locations, ensuring timely delivery.
Track and report the status of trucks and shipments, communicating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations, foremen, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Liaise with third-party dispatch and drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges.
Prioritize and expedite logistics to meet customer needs within acceptable timeframes.
Ensure all Carriers/Haulers are treated fairly, and that first arrive / first load processes are transparent and consistent Maintain updated data of drivers and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Make sure all data related to haulers are updated, track and communicated in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Will be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and nights as required for the position.

Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent of years of experience.
At least 3-5 years of high load dispatching and planning experience, strong communication skills, communicate accurate directions verbally, demonstrated problem solving skills, formulate solutions under pressure, the ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Logistics and oilfield/natural gas/fracturing experience is beneficial.
High level of Integrity.
Language and Math Ability Bilingual (English – Spanish) preferable, Ability to read and comprehend maps, written safety instructions, and interpret general office documents.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Good oral and written communication skills.
All documents are written and communicated in English.
Ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Computer Skills Microsoft: Outlook and Excel.
Personal Attributes: Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Flexible to support all other departments, when is needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Work will be in multiple environments including but not limited to: an office, warehouse and in a trailer or building on sites operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment.
Noise levels will be moderate to high.
Work environment will contain light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling, and talking, bells whistles and alarms.
