*Position Overview*
As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing each project from its inception to completion.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that the projects are completed within the allocated time and budget, adhering to the job plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
*What You Will Do*
* Customer experience
* Drives project for best durations including accurate job schedule
* Enforce cleanliness
* Inspect and enforce quality standards
* Accurately request cost variances
*What You Will Bring*
* Two (2) to Three (3) years related experience
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime.
Ability to travel as needed in general.
* Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
* Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
* Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.
