Seasoned HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Service Project Manager

*Work Schedule:* Monday - Friday, 8 hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Pay : $75k-100k based on years of experience *Seasoned HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Service Project Manager* Minimum 10yrs experience in Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Service.
Hands-on trade experience.
Capable of managing crews of 12 or more.
Experience in complete small scale project management (mainly up to 6 figure contract values).
Estimating.
Client Relations on company's behalf.
Experience in leading and managing work crews and work flows on-site.
Effective in delegating work assignments and dispatching crews with appropriate prioritization.
