Today, we are ecommerce-focused and expanding our line of industrial tools and equipment.
*The Job*
We are new to Brenham Texas and looking for a special individual to run our ecommerce focused warehouse operations.
You will have a high level of autonomy and will be expected to proactively report on operational performance to the CEO regularly.
*Day-to-day, you will:*.
* *Manage Order fulfillment associates *to ensure maximum daily order fill rate.
* Process order cancellations before order fulfillment processes the orders.
* *Interview & hire warehouse staff*
* *FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon) Planning: *Review Amazon dashboard, inventory reports and balance labor availability to determine optimum SKU mix and quantity and prepare bulk shipments to be shipped to Amazon warehouses throughout the country.
* *Coordinate QC process* on select products prior to shipment
* Process returned products: Check-in, classify and record product returns in a timely manner
* Solar Wire and Welding cable order planning: Review inventory levels, sales volume and production lead times from our wire suppliers then coordinate with our accounting controller to plan replenishment shipments to ensure minimum stock outages and excess inventory.

* Inventory check-in and recording of landed cost
* *Software you will use:* eBay, Amazon and BigCommerce seller dashboards, Ecomdash (inventory management) ShipStation (Shipment management) Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ASANA (company project organization and coordination)
*Important points to consider*
* Do what you have to to take care of the customer.
* We have a 1 year return policy.
Customers can return any item for any reason.
Even if the item is used or broken, we refund the full amount and pay return shipping
* Sales via ecommerce are all about delivery speed.
You will be expected to do whatever is necessary to get all of the orders out fast, 5 days a week.
* If you need time off, just make sure everything goes smoothly in your absence.
Do what you have to take care of business.
We don’t track time off for salaried employees.
Obviously, this is a balancing act.
*Qualifiers:*
* You have experience managing people in a warehouse, production or ecommerce environment.
* Full-time (40+ hours per week)
* Base hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
* *Salary: *$75,000 per year
* *Includes medical, dental and vision insurance for employee, spouse and children.
* The insurance premium is fully paid for by us.
*Nothing comes out of your paycheck.
* Options are *HMO through Kaiser or PPO* of your choice.
* Must be a US Citizen or current Greencard holder
* Background check will be performed.
