Driver and Crew Leader

```Duties``` - Lead a crew of workers in performing various tasks related to cleaning and delivery operations - Coordinate and assign daily tasks to crew members - Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and according to company standards - Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed - Communicate with supervisors to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the cleaning process - Drive company vehicles, such as pickup trucks with a gooseneck dump trailer or tractor-trailers, to transport debri to designated locations - Operate equipment such as tire rod or other necessary tools for changing tires and keeping the truck and trailer in good working condition.
- Complete a daily inspection checklist for truck and trailer to ensure it is safe to operate on public roads.
```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in managing a small crew of 4-5 people - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with crew members and supervisors - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to navigate routes and follow directions for efficient operations - Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required in a cleaning environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
