Project Manager

Keystone Millwork designs, fabricates, and installs custom architectural millwork and casework for the commercial construction industry.
We are highly sought after for the most prestigious projects in the state of Texas.
We want to add a Level 1 Project Manager to our growing team.
The Project Manager is responsible to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and control of projects from bid acceptance to completion.
This team member must be extremely organized, detail oriented, able to communicate clearly and have critical problem-solving skills so that every job is completed on time and within budget.
*Responsibilities* * Create and maintain budget * Monitor and report job costs * Schedule and coordinate job site and subcontractors * Negotiate job/price changes * Order job materials.
* Work with Purchasing to confirm product accuracy, lead time, and back orders.
* Communicate with General Contractor * Coordinate with Production Engineer for production and field reports * Manage on-site work and provide quality assurance * Facilitate job close-out * Daily and weekly updates with all departments *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree with years of work experience equivalent * Construction/Millwork industry experience of at least 3 years a must * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings * Effective communicator * Ability to work on a team This is a full-time position with the majority of time spent in the field on the job site.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $70,000.
