*Title: HVAC Technician*

*Objectives:*
* Perform service, repair, and maintenance tasks on a wide range of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, in residential and commercial settings.
* Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
* Create sales opportunities for senior level technicians or sales team members and promote the company's HVAC products and services to customers.
* Provide accurate and detailed estimates and quotes for repair or replacement services, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
* Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and aid with scheduling necessary repairs or installations.
* Keep detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities using appropriate software or CRM systems.
*Competencies:*
* Active HVAC Technician registration with the State of Texas, preferred
* EPA Certified, preferred
* Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver's license
* Be absent of drug use.
* Customer Service/Communication Skills
* Problem-Solving Skills
* On-site training and continued education will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
00 - $100,000.
