Responsibilities:
Able to manage a group of 5+ employees.
Responsible for the quality of the finished product.
Setting up the machine, loading machines and optimizing the machine capability.
Maintaining proper 5’s on the machine.
Understanding the production schedule, schematics, and manuals.
Create a work environment where all teammates work together.
Good computer skills.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School and/or Equivalent (desirable)
Basic computer skills, General Math Functions, Tape Measure and Thickness Gauge Interpretation, English reading proficiency desired
