We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! You will oversee flooring and home remodeling project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation as well as fulfilling assigned duties in our on-site warehouse and showroom.
Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation - Allocate resources for assigned projects - Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors - Interface with project field and office crew, contractors, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Uphold a dedication to quality work that meets client standards Qualifications: - Previous experience (3+ years) in construction management or other related fields - Working knowledge of basic construction concepts - Strong leadership qualities - Attention to detail and able to recognize and amend mistakes quickly - Deadline and detail-oriented - Possession of a valid U.
