We currently have opportunities for *Facilities Building Maintenance Technicians* to join our team at the Brenham, TX location.
Ideal candidates should be able to work unsupervised, be detail oriented, and enjoy the challenges that a dynamic food manufacturing facility has to offer.
*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Candidate will be responsible for schedule and completion of repair requests made through Maximo Production.
Daily performance includes but is not limited to:
* Plumbing duties include installation and repair work with respect to: (Clearing clogged vent and sanitary lines, Lavatory, water closet, floor drain, and urinal repair, locating and repairing leaks and flush valve repair and fixture replacements)
* General carpentry work
* Minor wall tile repair and replacement
* Door installation and repair including: (Closure adjustment and replacement and Keypad installation and repair)
* Emergency and permanent repairs to mitigate, slip, trip, and fall hazards
* Providing support to various construction disciplines to facilitate proper and timely repairs
* Willingness to be subject to work on an On-Call basis

*Requirements*
A candidate must possess the following:
* Valid driver’s license
* Safe driving record with no more than two preventable collisions or moving violations in the past three years
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to climb stairs, work at heights, train to operate aerial lift
