I have a MaxxMMA reflex bag and stand for sale.
The listing for the auction said it had "damage to the base".
Well, guess what, it is not damaged; it is trash.
For that reason, I am not going to assemble it.
I have watched a video on youtube that shows how to assemble it and how to work it and the guy gives his honest assessment of how good of a bag it is.
If you want to see it being put together, look up {MaxxMMA Advanced Cobra Reflex Bag 2.
0- FIRST LOOK AND INSTALLATION!} It is a 20-minute video that will show you everything you need to know about how to put it together and how to use it once it is assembled.
I am missing two parts for it, the red plastic parts that secure it to the base.
Since the base is trash, that shouldn't really matter.
Check out the pics.
I have photographed all of the pieces I have.
It would be better to assemble this by watching the video than using the directions because the directions don't show you or give you all of the information you need.
The base is normally filled with water or sand but I don't think that it would be all that stable even if it were not broken.
This could be fixed up with a simple plumbing fixture and set a couple of bags of sand on the edges of the fixture and it would work, probably better than what it came with.
I have included a picture of the fixture for your inspection and consideration.
With a few minor modifications, this will be a good workout bag.
