Job Overview
As our Merchandiser, your key goal is to help increase sales while maintaining outstanding relationships with all our accounts.
This will be achieved by stocking shelves on a weekly basis to eliminate out-of-stock conditions, strategically placing paper point-of-sale to increase brand awareness, and restocking and building floor and end displays.
Job Responsibilities
Work up the deliveries into our back-stock area of the wareroom in an organized manner
Fill shelves, coolers, and displays at accounts
Ensure all packages are properly priced with shelf tags
Communicate all pertinent information regarding any retail account activity directly to their account manager or supervisor
Ensure all temporary point of sale in an account is current
Pull damaged, dented, or out of date products off the shelf and inform the account manager the product needs to be swapped out
Rotate all packages in an account
Maintain a clean vehicle
Work with the account manager to ensure each account is fully satisfied

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage inventory and ensure product placement.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with account managers, supervisors, and retail staff.
Physical fitness and stamina to lift, move, and stock merchandise, as well as handle deliveries.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and product placement.
Dependable and punctual with the ability to maintain a regular work schedule.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Basic knowledge of the beverage industry and point-of-sale materials is a plus.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Willingness to collaborate with the account manager and contribute to account satisfaction.
Ability to follow established guidelines and work independently when required.
