Smarty Sprouts Kids’ Club is an indoor playground and entertainment facility for kids 10 and under in the Bryan and College Station area.
We are currently looking for part-time store associates.
*Responsibilities:*
-Processing tickets and merchandise at the register, greeting guests upon check-in, assisting first time guest with the waiver process, asking them to join our membership program and other miscellaneous duties as they arise
- Assisting parents with their kids’ birthday parties and other special events.
Being party host and assisting with setting up the decorations, serving food/drink/cakes, help parents stay on track with their time, cleaning up, etc.
-Performing cashier duties and restocking snacks/drinks as needed
-Maintaining the entrance clear and straightened, restrooms and play space clean and sanitized, also making sure that all of our guests are playing safe, following the rules and regulations
-Answering phone calls, assisting customers with questions, ensuring customers leave happy and will return by interacting with the guests and providing excellent customer service
-Opportunity to expand job responsibilities and promotion。
*Job Requirements:*
-High School Diploma required
-Minimum 1 years of kids industry or customer service experience preferred
-Proven customer service skills and excellent communication skills to promote customer satisfaction
-Strong interpersonal skills, patient and LOVE kids
-Availability to work weekends
