Small breed (Columbus)

This girl needs a good home or rescue.
We found her dumped off at a gas station last weekend we took her to the vet she had no chip we did her vaccinations deworming and she tested positive for HW and started her on the medication for them.
Will need to be fixed the next day she started bleeding and will keep her til that stops.
There’s a small fee of 50$ with contract to spay.
Will need to have a vet reference.
We travel full time I can not keep her I just was getting her off the streets.
She is very sweet loves attention has had no accidents in my 5th wheel just deserves to have a good home.
She was 28lbs at the vet last week he estimated her to be about 35lbs and said she’s a Aussie mix.
