Free outdoor cat - great mouser (Benchley)

This cat is 10 years old and has lived outdoors on our property its whole life.
He was neutered years ago but besides that he has not received annual shots or vet care.
He is very social and enjoys being petted, but has never lived inside the house with us.
He's gotten along fine with our 3 dogs and 2 kids.
If you need a cat to keep the mice population down on your property, this is the cat.
We usually feed him one scoop of food in the morning, and besides that he goes hunting.
