As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling for our Technical Project Management team.
You will be the liaison between multiple teams, departments, and customers, communicating by phone and email, to ensure a smooth transition to our products and services.
Additional responsibilities can include data entry, quality assurance, and problem solving.

Requirements:
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking technologies
Ability to understand technical language to communicate with our networking and engineering departments
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with data gathering, analyzing, resolving and escalating problems
Experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network diagrams is a plus
Highly organized and able to work on many projects at once
