Responsibilities:
Develop, recommend, implement, and monitor annual budgets to ensure profitable and strategic growth and return on investment.
Responsible for setting main operations schedule for the division, advising customers and sales of availability and scheduling delivery of completed pipe to ensure proper work flow through the facility and setting job priorities according to customer needs.
Responsible for resolving customer complaints, when possible, seeking assistance from the sales manager or the Regional Vice President when unable to resolve the problem to company and customer satisfaction.
Assists sales and customers in quotations for special orders to ensure all pertinent cost factors have been taken into account and that coating facility can handle work within the schedule set.
Monitors facility coating equipment, scheduling any long term maintenance needed, and interfacing with coating engineering on required updates to equipment to ensure that the facility is functioning at the highest possible capacity while producing the best quality coating service available.
Structure, staff, develop, evaluate and motivate the coating organization to ensure the competency, capability, continuity, and productivity of human resources which are required for achievement of the operating objectives.
Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division policy to minimize work related injuries and illnesses, employee lost time, and worker's compensation costs.
Responsible for the adherence of company Finance and Human Resources policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
5-10 years of experience with tubular products
5 -10 years of management or supervisory experience
College degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
